Saturday, March 26 - This was another more local day when we combined shopping with looking at a hot spring in the center of Mishima which fed Kakita River. The "bubbling" can be seen best in the video below.

Sunday, March 27 - This was a vulcano day when Bob went part way (only to 1460 m) up Mt Fuji (3500 m) by car while Anne, Rob, Masumi and Caio went for a 4 hour hike climbing about 600 m up and over a smaller vulcano, Mt. Ashitakayama, of 1500 m. Pictures of Mt Fuji are to the right and those of the hike over Mt. Ashitakayama are below and a short video is immediately below. |

Monday, March 28 - This was our day of rest so we just walked a bit around town and bought some presents.
