Monday, June 18 we spent the whole day in Las Vegas. Including the evening of the 17th I think we managed to lose 43 dollars in the slot machines and a little bit of 3-card poker. Most of Monday, we spent walking the “Strip”. Although I did spend a fair bit of time trying to organize our photos from the Moqui Cave and the Zion Canyon.
The pictures to the right are from in the hotel (we had a huge room) or on the tower (350 meter high) adjoining it. There was the possibility of 3 rides/hop from the top. https://www.stratospherehotel.com The pictures below are from the strip which was lined with hotels and casinos, many of them with water (fountains, pools, gondola river) as decoration. |
